SCREENING CALL
The first step in the official recruitment process is an introductory screening call with recruitment HR to ensure you fulfill all the requirements and are a good fit for the vacancy. Our team will directly contact suitable applicants.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
The department relevant to the position will screen the profiles of candidates who have passed the screening call. The ideal job profile, who better fits the criteria will get invited to the technical interview. There will be one or two rounds of technical interviews.
FINAL INTERVIEW
After a successful technical interview, you will be invited to the final interview with an experienced department director who will further assess your technical skills, motivation, and potential to grow in the company, to evaluate whether you are qualified.
ONBOARDING PROCESS
Reaching this phase, you have already successfully completed the recruitment process and an offer will be extended, after the offer is accepted all internal procedures will commence.
